Experience
Monarch Building Systems has experience involving many hundreds of building modules including several large projects involving over 100 Accommodation units produced within strict production timetables. Experience covers wind loadings of up to W50 (50m/s design wind speed in cyclone conditions), using various pre-painted steel and fibrous cement external claddings, plasterboard and fibrous cement sheet internal linings, acoustic and fire rating requirements, highest levels of plaster and paint finishes, comprehensive electrical, communications cabling and plumbing services, quality fit-outs and long transportation distances.
