Elements of the Monarch Panelisation System
Panelisation is based on steel framing for strength, support and space for running services. Roof framing and internal wall frames are engineered to integrate with the wall panels.
A wall panel consists of steel frame, sheathed in MBS’s proprietary Calsonite cladding, fully factory rendered and coated, with windows and doors installed.
Calsonite
Lightweight concrete board, with a waterproof membrane backing and thermal properties
Windows and doors
Custom designed in partnership with G.James Glass and Aluminium.
Usual G.James standard options are available for glass, locks and screens. A new release exterior swing door frame completes the suite of options.
Coating systems
Combined render and coating technology from Taubmans provides a waterproof membrane, with proven performance across a range of colours and textures.
Installation and roofing
The optimum package combines installation and roofing, with panelised external walls, framed internal walls and roof frame, to give a complete house structure for construction to lockup stage.
What is Calsonite?
Calsonite is cladding material developed by MBS to maximise the benefits and performance of the panelisation system. The strength and toughness of Calsonite is the result of advanced materials development and engineering. Made of lightweight concrete, the material has good thermal properties.
Calsonite is manufactured by Monarch Building Systems under rigorous quality control, including robotically applied render and texture coating system.

Calsonite is a trademark of Monarch Building Systems. |
